The
unit presented aims to introduce students to the subject of electricity :
fundamentals , applications, advantages and dangers.
Understanding a phenomenon
that is not easy to assimilate is gradually introduced.
It will begin explaining
the electrical nature of matter from the structure of atoms , leading to the
concept of power and circuit .
Some concepts will be studied as a small final project
The
unit will work primarily from small tasks that , hopefully, will be attractive
to students.
